  • The program ensures participants are enrolled in an educational program that meets the participant’s academic needs.

  • The program provides life skills education to prepare the participants for life after high school.
  • The program provides parenting education that promotes positive parenting, child health and safety, and parent-child interaction.
  • The program provides case management to address the participants’ unique needs.
  • The program provides opportunities for peer connections.
  • The program ensures that program participants and their children are connected to appropriate medical services.
  • The program provides opportunities for family inclusion in service delivery.
  • The program is appropriately staffed with qualified personnel.
  • The program has administrative procedures that support continuous quality improvement and ethical practices.
